Resumen
Las Jornadas de Apoyo al Desarrollo ejecutadas por el Grupo de Acción Integral de la Armada Nacional tienen un impacto social y humanitario significativo en diferentes aspectos. Desde una perspectiva teórica, estas acciones se fundamentan en la idea de que el desarrollo sostenible y la mejora de la calidad de vida de las comunidades locales son fundamentales para la estabilidad y el progreso de una nación. Este enfoque teórico subraya la importancia de abordar las causas subyacentes de los conflictos y la necesidad de construir relaciones de confianza entre las fuerzas militares y la población civil. Desde una perspectiva legal y normativa, estas jornadas se enmarcan en el respeto a los derechos humanos y las obligaciones internacionales que rigen la actuación de las fuerzas militares en situaciones civiles. El cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones garantiza que estas acciones se realicen de manera ética y de acuerdo con los principios humanitarios.

Abstract
The Development Support Days executed by the National Navy's Integral Action Group have a significant social and humanitarian impact in different aspects. From a theoretical perspective, these actions are based on the idea that sustainable development and the improvement of the quality of life of local communities are fundamental for the stability and progress of a nation. This theoretical approach stresses the importance of addressing the underlying causes of conflict and the need to build relationships of trust between military forces and the civilian population. From a legal and regulatory perspective, these days are framed by respect for human rights and international obligations governing the actions of military forces in civilian situations. Compliance with laws and regulations ensures that these actions are carried out ethically and in accordance with humanitarian principles. In practice, these actions translate into the provision of essential services, such as medical care and education, as well as support for economic development and infrastructure projects. These concrete actions have a direct impact on improving the quality of life of local communities, which in turn contributes to the stability and strengthening of relations between military forces and the civilian population. Concrete examples of the implementation of integrated actions include building schools, providing medical supplies, training communities in economic skills and supporting agricultural projects. These initiatives not only address the immediate needs of the communities, but also foster a sense of ownership and cooperation among all parties involved. Ultimately, these efforts reflect the National Navy's commitment to the development and well-being of Colombia. The social and humanitarian impact of these actions extends beyond material assistance and creates an environment conducive to long-term peace and stability. They also underscore the importance of the military playing an active role in building a better future for the country and promoting positive relations with local communities.
