The eighth edition of the Scientific Journal Anfibios in its first issue presents documents that provide us with the approach of topics that have been the subject of analysis, study and views by researchers, who have resorted to theoretical frameworks, methodologies providing us with results, findings and statements that will allow the reader to configure or reconfigure what is known to understand or interpret the new realities about what has been addressed, identifying surely new scopes.
In this sense, a work is presented that analyzes the factors that have the greatest impact on the performance of construction projects, highlighting the indicators of performance or success of a project. For this, the literature review comprised the years from 2015 to 2025, ScienceDirect, Google academic, Scopus and Elicit databases were used found 10,823 articles.
In this perspective, the corporate landscape is marked by the high complexity of the environment and its relationship with stakeholders, the speed and constant evolution of organizations exposed to uncertainty that can affect their development and stability over time. Given this challenge, the article proposes to explore how the integration of prospective analysis in risk management can improve organizations’ capabilities to predict and manage different scenarios and their outcomes - organizational performance-.
